before an idea can ask the machine to spend.
These pilot rules apply when you pitch, vote on, or record an eligibility signal for a freshly generated Slopular video. Watching and searching the preloaded library does not require accepting them.
You are old enough.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live, and can agree to these rules.
The idea is yours to submit.
You will not submit confidential information, personal data, real people, logos, protected characters, unlicensed music, unlawful material, or anything that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Slopular may process the pitch.
You give Third Floor permission to store, moderate, adapt, send to its generation provider, review, display, and use your pitch and resulting output to operate and demonstrate this experimental channel. You keep any rights you already hold in your original words.
Generation is conditional.
A vote is not a purchase or promise. An operator-approved funding switch, hard spend limits, safety controls, and human review all have to clear. Slopular may reject, park, remove, or never generate any pitch.
AI output can be wrong.
Generated media may be similar to other work, inaccurate, defective, or unsuitable. It does not come with a promise of originality or non-infringement and cannot air until a human reviews rights, visuals, and audio.
Third-party rules also matter.
The pilot may use Fal and third-party video models. You agree to follow the applicable Fal Terms, API Terms, and Acceptable Use Policy as they apply to end users.
